Free Initial Consultation
Duration: 40 minutes
Cost: Free
Before beginning any treatment, I offer a complimentary consultation to explore your needs, discuss whether hypnotherapy is the right approach for you, and agree on a personalised treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
Smoking Cessation Therapy
Cost: £160
A focused and typically one-off, extended session, designed to help you stop smoking.
Includes follow-up support where needed.
Weight Management Programme
Cost: £200
A structured series of sessions tailored to your personal weight management goals, mindset, and lifestyle.
Anxiety, Fear & Panic Attacks
All forms of anxiety are addressed — from mild anxiety to Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Sessions are designed to identify triggers, reduce symptoms, and build long-term coping strategies that support calm and confidence.
Depression
I work with you to understand the underlying causes of low mood and depression. A bespoke therapeutic plan is created to help alleviate symptoms and support your emotional wellbeing. This often complements care provided by your GP or mental health professional.
Weight Loss & Weight Management
I hold a Certificate in Weight Management and offer a 4-session course, available for individuals or small groups. Together, we explore the many causes of weight gain, clarify your goals, and embed new habits and behaviours to support lasting change.

Smoking Cessation
This is a one-off, two-and-a-half-hour session designed to help you stop smoking by addressing the root causes of the habit, the barriers to quitting, and creating personalised coping strategies.
Cost: £160
Please note: I only proceed if you are fully committed to giving up smoking. Full details will be discussed during the consultation.
Phobias
All types of phobias can be treated — from common fears such as flying, needles, or spiders, to more complex or unique phobias. Your individual experience and needs will be discussed in full during the consultation, and a tailored plan will be agreed.
Insomnia
Hypnotherapy is a highly effective approach for addressing both short-term and chronic insomnia. Through guided relaxation and subconscious work, we can help you break the cycle of poor sleep, reduce mental overactivity, and establish healthier sleep patterns.
Motivation, Confidence & Self-Esteem
